Permissions
- headdrop.ownhead -> For /myhead command
- headdrop.head -> For /head command
- head.search -> For /search command
- head.reload -> For /headdrop reload command
- headdrop.notify -> For Notify about update and events
- headdrop.player -> For let player drop head
- headdrop.killer -> if enable in config, killer need this perm to let mob drop head
