Terms and Conditions for BlockBase

By purchasing, downloading, or using BlockBase (the "Website Template"), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Website Template.

1. License

Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use BlockBase for personal or commercial purposes. This license allows you to modify and use the Website Template for your own or your clients' websites. This license does not grant ownership, and all rights remain with the original author.

2. Prohibited Actions

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

3. Ownership

5. Updates and Support

While updates may occasionally be made available for BlockBase, the seller does not guarantee ongoing updates or support. Any updates provided are at the seller's discretion, and there is no obligation to provide future updates or support.

6. No Refunds

All purchases of BlockBase are final and non-refundable. By making a purchase, you agree that you are not entitled to any refund, regardless of the circumstances.

7. Limitations of Liability

The seller shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use BlockBase, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Termination

Your license to use BlockBase is effective until terminated. This license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of the terms outlined in this agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of BlockBase and destroy any copies in your possession.

9. Modifications to Terms

The seller reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of BlockBase following any changes to the terms will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
