Commands
- /recycler open - Open the recycler gui
- /recycler give <player> - Give a recycler to a player
- /recycler reload - Reloads the plugin
Permissions
- itemrecycler.command.open - Allows use of the /recycler open command
- itemrecycler.command.give - Allows use of the /recycler give command
- itemrecycler.command.reload - Allows use of the /recycler reload command

You can configure a list of items that cannot be recycled or uncrafted.
