You can set the default health bar size.
This plugin allows you to set the size of the healing bar.
The below image shows the default health bar is set to just 1 heart.
Installation:
Just install CustomHealth.jar in the plugins folder. Then you can either "restart the server" or "load the plugin".
Configuration:
You can set the default health bar size as below in the config.yml
2 = 1 heart
