Install (one path):
1. Download ActionBarManagerPro-1.0.0.jar.
2. Place the jar at plugins/ActionBarManagerPro-1.0.0.jar.
3. Restart the server.
4. Run:
  - /titlemanager list
5. Success conditions:
  - The folder plugins/ActionBarManagerPro/ exists.
  - plugins/ActionBarManagerPro/templates.yml exists.
  - /titlemanager list prints Templates: welcome, alert.
