Installation:
Just install TE-ExplosiveTipEnchant.jar in TokenEnchant/enchants folder. Then you can either "restart the server" or "reload the plugin (not /te reload)". ExplosiveTipEnchantment will automatically be loaded into TokenEnchant framework.
