Provide support to your ingame players through simple commands
What's special with this plugin ?
Firstly, no need to email you, join your Discord, TeamSpeak, or only message a special staff member
Simply use /ticket, and a message will be sent to all person who has the permission. Then, the conversation will be claimed by a staff member. You will then chat directly with /msg (until this feature arrives). When it ends, simply close it !
Commands
/ticket <reason> - Start a discussion. A message is sent to all online person with the gs.claim permission.
/ticket claim <player> - For Staff & Helpers - Claim a started discussion. Once a discussion is claimed, any other staff can claim it
/ticket close <player> - For Staff & Helpers - Close an opened discussion.
Permissions
gs.create - Start a discussion, with /ticket
gs.claim - Claim a discussion with /ticket claim
gs.close - Close a discussion with /ticket close
gs.close.other - Close someone else discussion
gs.list - List your discussions (until they're closed)
gs.list.all - List all discussions (until they're closed)

Language & configuration:
The plugin is coded in French, so all messages are in this language.
For now, there isn't any configuration. But in a few days, expect to have a configuration to edit a few things & the messages.
Minecraft Versions
This plugin is native 1.12.2. It should work with all versions from 1.7-1.17. 1.18 support will arrive shortly.
This plugin also works with Bungeecord.
