Added:
- Permission override to ignore the maximum amount of sell chests placed('autosellchests.maxchests.override')

Fixed:
- The next sell interval will now be displayed more accurate
- The sellprice of items will now be formatted to a 2 pointer decimal

- Fixed chests not saving
- Attempt at fixing exception from removed chests

- Fixed chest information screen throwing a NPE when the owner is offline

- Players will now also need permissions for 'EconomyShopGUI.shop.<section>' to sell items using their sell chest
- Removed unnecessary dependencies

- Renamed internal plugin to 'AutoSellChests' instead of 'AutoSellChestsAddon'
- Changed chest material to CHEST instead of TRAPPED_CHEST

- Added null check for when owner of chest is not online
