You can dig placed skull block.
NOTE: This a custom enchant module requires TokenEnchant plugin.
This plugin contains a custom enchantment effect that allows you to dig skull block instantly. It will preserve the skull type and player information. You can also turn on "pickup" function.

Installation:
Just install TE-SkullDiggerEnchant.jar in TokenEnchant/enchants folder. Then you can either "restart the server" or "reload the plugin (not /te reload)". SkullDiggerEnchantment will automatically be loaded into TokenEnchant framework.
Configuration:
Once it is registered with TokenEnchant, the default config file will be auto generated in the enchants folder.
