Full rework
Old plugin files and its config will not work!
Changes:
- The plugin has been completely rewritten!
- The song download system has been simplified. Now you can use /boombox upload nad /boombox import commands!
- Added speed up option for songs!
- Added animation settings, disco floor, etc. for each player separately!
- Added developers resource pack! Now you can use .ogg songs, but with limitations!
- Removed dependency on NoteBlockAPI!
- API added! In the future, the Vegas plugin will get boombox support!
- Storing frequently changing information is now possible in sqlite with an asynchronous loop!

Permissions
- Added permission control for each song. You can change it in the musiclist.yml. Player can't buy or play music without permission. By default all music are available.
