I've expanded the compatible versions to 1.18 and 1.17.1. Paper Spigot still untested so far.
Players viewing a brewing stand recipe for which the stand must be fueled will receive a message saying so. This small change is to let players know which recipe need blaze powder in the brewing stand and which don't. Check the wiki if you don't understand the use of this change.
