Plugin Description:

The plugin provides the mechanic with a handcuff. You can use it for your RP-server, for example for the police, or for some other purposes

Plugin features:

- Possibility to cuff not one, but several players (regulated in config)
- Ability to enable delay on cuffing
- The plugin is not yet optimized for other versions, but works fine on version 1.16.5
- Some messages have been translated in the plugin (not all yet, but I will fix it in future releases)
- The plugin allows you to see your actions in the actionbar (the number of players cuffed by you)

Cuffing feature:

- When you handcuff a player, he will not be able to move far from you, because he is handcuffed by you (this is clearly demonstrated in the video
- A cuffed player cannot cuff another player if this setting is enabled (safe-cuffs)
- When leaving the server, the data about "cuffer" and "cuffed" are reset, that is, the player will automatically be released. (in future versions I plan to add more options for saving information about players)

Commands:

/cuff [player] - to cuff player (cuff.use)

/uncuff [player] - to uncuff player (cuff.use)

/cup (reload/info) (cuff.admin)

* reload - reloads configuration and messages

* info - information about author

 /givecuffs [player] [amount] - gives cuffs to player (cuff.admin)

/param - edits config parameters from the server (cuff.admin)

List of parameters:

cuff-delay: 1.5 - delay on next cuffing
recovery-delay: 3 - recovery after you've been uncuffed
max-cuffs-per-player: 1 - how many players you can cuff per time
safe-cuffs: true - ability to cuff if you alreay cuffed
cuffer-cuff-allow: true
cuff-distance: 3.0 - distance from which you can cuff player

P.S I will improve and fix all bugs in handcuffs as soon as I have the first buyers. Purchases will motivate me to improve the plugin and bring it to the ideal.
