Control the weather of your world simply!
Commands:
/weathercontrol (or /wc) <sun|storm|rain|snow|thunder>
- Manually changes the weather conditions in the game.

- Displays a usage message and provides information on how to correctly use the command.
I will add more features and a GUI in future.
