AxDarkAuctions 1.8.0

- Fixed that a library in the previous version was sometimes not being correctly downloaded which caused errors.

- The configurable minimum player count now is applied at the start of the dark auction, if the minimum player count is not met, the dark auction will not start and players will be teleported out.

- Added an option (times -> starting-broadcast) to change how often should the "dark auction is starting" message be sent to joined players.

- Made it possible to set the "times" section in the config for each dark auction separately (you will have to add it manually https://docs.artillex-studios.com/axdarkauctions-configuration.html or create a new auction to see the format)
