Reset World System
WorldReset is a lightweight, admin-friendly Minecraft plugin designed to keep specific worlds fresh, clean, and balanced by automatically resetting them on a configurable schedule. Whether you run a Resources world, Mining/Farming world, Event world, or any temporary dimension, WorldReset ensures your server always has a renewed world ready for exploration—without manual work.
You simply choose which world should be reset and set an interval like every X days. From there, WorldReset takes care of the entire lifecycle: it deletes the old world and recreates it so players get a truly new, regenerated environment.
Configure resets to happen every X days (e.g., 3 / 7 / 14 / 30 days).
Perfect for keeping a Resources world consistently renewed.
Helps maintain server longevity by preventing worlds from becoming exhausted or permanently damaged.
WorldReset targets only the configured world.
Your main survival world stays safe while your resource/event world can be refreshed regularly.
WorldReset can announce the remaining time before the next reset.
Players always know when the reset is coming, which encourages fair planning (last-minute mining, moving items out, etc.).
Great for transparency and improving the player experience.
This isn’t just a “cleanup”—WorldReset performs a real reset:
Deletes the existing world
Recreates it from scratch
Result: a genuinely new world with regenerated terrain and resources.
Regular resets help reduce long-term issues like:
huge holes and destroyed landscapes,
abandoned builds everywhere,
chunk clutter and messy terrain,
progression imbalance in resource availability.
A scheduled resource world reset means:
fresh ores and materials
fair access for new and returning players
less permanent destruction
If rare resources stay depleted forever, prices and progression can break. A consistent reset cycle keeps your economy more stable and predictable.
Run “seasons” or rotating event maps by resetting an event world automatically every X days—easy, clean, repeatable.
With WorldReset, you get a reliable automation tool that:
resets a chosen world on a schedule,
announces the time left before reset,
and performs a full delete + recreate for a truly fresh world.
