Player Commands

1. /cc or /cc menu - Opens the color menu.
   Permission: aliien.chatcolor.menu
2. /cc menu - Opens the menu with a specific filter.
   Permission: aliien.chatcolor.menu
   Filters: all, owned, locked, purchasable, static, gradient, favorite
3. /cc set - Equips a color the player owns.
   Permission: aliien.chatcolor.set
   Also requires: the color permission from config.yml
4. /cc clear - Removes the player's active chat color.
   Permission: aliien.chatcolor.clear
5. /cc hex <#hex> - Equips a custom hex color.
   Permission: aliien.chatcolor.hex
6. /cc transfer - Transfers a color to another player.
   Permission: aliien.chatcolor.transfer
7. /cc favorite - Adds a color to the player's favorites.
   Permission: aliien.chatcolor.favorite
8. /cc unfavorite - Removes a color from the player's favorites.
   Permission: aliien.chatcolor.unfavorite

Admin Commands

1. /cc admin reload - Reloads the plugin configs.
   Permission: aliien.chatcolor.admin.reload
2. /cc admin set - Force-sets a player's active color.
   Permission: aliien.chatcolor.admin.set
3. /cc admin clear - Clears a player's active color.
   Permission: aliien.chatcolor.admin.clear
4. /cc admin give - Gives a player access to a color through your permissions plugin.
   Permission: aliien.chatcolor.admin.give
5. /cc admin clearconfig - Removes old per-color slot/page keys after the new menu layout conversion.
   Permission: aliien.chatcolor.admin.clearconfig

Wildcard Permissions

1. aliien.chatcolor.* - Gives all player and admin permissions.
2. aliien.chatcolor.admin.* - Gives all admin permissions.

🎟️ Color Permissions

Each configured color has its own permission.

Example from config.yml:

Players need this permission to use the color:

aliien.color.pastel_pink

If the color is purchasable, AliienChatColor will give the player this permission after purchase.

AliienChatColor can sell colors directly through the GUI.

Important: Purchases require Vault permissions support, even if the money itself comes from another economy plugin. This is because the plugin needs to give the player the color permission after purchase.

1. %aliienchatcolor_format% - Returns the player's active color format.
2. %aliienchatcolor_active% - Returns the player's active color ID.
3. %aliienchatcolor_name% - Returns the display name of the active color.
4. %aliienchatcolor_is_hex% - Returns True or False if the player is using a custom hex color.
5. %aliienchatcolor_has_% - Returns True or False if the player has access to a color.
6. %aliienchatcolor_purchasable_% - Returns True or False if a color is purchasable.
7. %aliienchatcolor_is_purchasable_% - Same as above.

📥 Installation

- Download the latest AliienChatColor.jar.

- Place it inside your server's plugins/ folder.

- Restart your server.

- Edit the generated files inside plugins/AliienChatColor/.

- Use /cc admin reload for normal config changes, or restart if you changed storage/hooks that require a reboot.
