Shadow of Mordor-style rivals: your killer survives, hunts you, and grows stronger.

Kill a player and an ordinary zombie doesn't just wander off - it gets promoted.
It's given a name and a title (Grishnak the Cruel), boosted stats, a glowing outline, immunity to sunlight, and it's marked never to despawn. It hunts its victim, and you get an action-bar warning when it's closing in. Kill you again? It levels up, gains new abilities, and earns a nastier title.
Hunt it down and kill it, and you claim revenge loot, a named trophy, and a server-wide announcement of your victory. The grudge is settled... until something else kills you.
One nemesis per player at a time, so the rivalry stays personal.

Stats scale from each mob's own natural values, so a nemesis skeleton and a nemesis ravager both feel fair rather than one being absurd. Slay yours for revenge loot, XP, and a trophy.
Every part of it is yours to tune in config.yml:

/nemesis info your current nemesis: name, level, type, last seen
/nemesis locate where it was last seen and how far away
/nemesis list (admin) every active nemesis
/nemesis reload (admin) reload configPermissions: nemesis.use (default: all), nemesis.admin (default: op)
