New: BungeeCord & Velocity networks
Portals can now send players to another server of your network, exactly like /server <name>:
/spin proxy <name> <server name>
Or type the server name in the editor. Live player counts and the offline check work for network servers too. Install SpinRealms on your hub, not on the proxy.

New: /spin list menu
All your Realms in one menu, each with its own head. Left-click to edit, right-click to go there.

Improved
- /spin help is grouped in the order you use it: Create, Edit, Destination, Manage
- After /spin create you get a clickable [Edit your Realm] button
- Clearer wording everywhere ("name" instead of "id")

Updating: replace the old SpinRealms jar in your plugins folder and restart. Your Realms and settings stay as they are.
