More Async Events Fixed
Fixed more async events to prevent errors.

Bug Fixes + Essentials Import Command
Added /recimport_ess that will import players from essentials userdata files.
Fixed multiple bugs in the shop system.
Fixed piggy bank cooldown message.
Fixed some errors regarding async events.
Added a config setting for checking skyblock hooks, in case you don't actually want to hook shared banks to a skyblock plugin.

SuperiorSkyBlock Support
If SuperiorSkyBlock is found on the server the plugin will hook Shared Banks to it! When a player creates an island and invites a member a shared bank is created. The members are handled by island join/leave/kick events from SuperiorSkyBlock.
