SchematicUpload v1.1 updates the web interface to include a new in-browser schematic preview.

This is a security release that updates the embedded `jetty-server` version to 10.0.10 to address CVE-2022-2191.
Although SchematicUpload does not make use of affected features, updating is nonetheless strongly recommended.
