not intuitive to set up at all, full of unnecessary features, has a very outdated look and feel and there's no support they don't answer or accept suggestions don't buy it a free koth plugin would be a better option, or a cheaper one.

Works to a certain extent. I've made tickets for support before and get very short vague answer. Its okay if you're using it for a small server.
