Updated the config file to fix an issue where abilities fail to load.

Updated to support latest Nexo

MMOItems Pack is now stable and is now officially released.

• Now has two version: Custom Tooltips and Vanila Tooltips
• Supports 1.21.4.
• Now natively supports Nexo, removing support for Oraxen.
• Switch from using manual tooltip placements in config files to MMOItems custom tooltips feature in Custom Tooltips Version.
• Tweaked tooltips images for clarity.
• Fixed some abilities which weren't working in previous version.
• Hidden unused item types.
• Organized abilities in mythicmobs folder into its respective folders.
• Now all custom models start at 1000 to make it easier to merge with other resource packs.
• Optimized abilities to reduce lag.

Updated cross-compatibility with Hyronic Survival:

• Updated file structure to support newest version of Hyronic Survival
