Laser movement fix and tab complete
- Fixed laser movement (now smooth, with configurable speed). This has been implemented on Spots too, but these are broken until further notice.
- Implemented tab complete on all commands, including options on the add command.
- Implemented new light trigger, can turn a redstone lamp on/off.
