Added a new target - Maces!
New Target:
• Added the item "mace" as a new target for Artifacts. Make sure that you have this in your targets.yml file and if not, check the default targets.yml of the plugin.
General:
• Updated the display image of the resource, in order to include these new targets.

• Sprinkle Artifact - RARE

• Raid Artifact - LEGENDARY
• Trial Artifact - LEGENDARY

Bugs & Fixes:
• Fixed slot conditions not working, by changing negated armor to mainhand and armor to chestplate.

New target - Fishing Rods!
New target:
• It's now possible to spawn particles by fishing something, so every Artifact can now be applied to Fishing Rods.
Bug Fixes:
• Fixed Totem Artifact displaying the wrong particle.
• Fixed double space in the particle mention of the Nautilus Artifact.
