- Added rainbow particles (artifact_rainbow.yml)
Particle ID Changes:
- Old legacy IDs have now been removed. You should use the new ID structure to continue getting updates.

Chimes & ID Changes
Small Changes:
- Added hoe and shears as a target for block breaking
- Removed long lists of target items and replaced with simpler tags
Particle ID Changes:
- All IDs of particle artifacts have been renamed.
This WILL break all particles currently in-use. Updated legacy IDs are included but will no longer receive updates.
Chimes Added:
- Added 50+ Chimes. These are sound effects that can be applied to items, such as cat meow, menu clicks, piston push/pull & many more. Currently these will only be heard by the player with the chime applied. These are applied as is, you may want to add additional args to suit your needs. These are experimental, please send me your feedback.
