1.21+ KTPlus [Enhanced version] 4.0.3

KTPlus 4.0.3 is out!

What's new:
• Developer API - soft-depend with com.monkey.ktplus:ktplus-api:4.0.3 (services, events, SPI to register custom kill effects). Repo: https://repo.monkeymoon104.it/release
• effects-on-mobs - set false in config.yml to play kill effects only on player kills (KillCoins for mobs still work).
• GUI death-drop fix - dying with the shop open no longer eats inventory drops.
• Build - paperweight uses upstream 2.0.0-beta.24.

KTPlus 4.0.2 is out!

What's new:
• Disable / enable effects - /kt disable <effect> and /kt enable <effect>. Disabled effects are hidden from the shop/GUI and won't play on kill. Ownership stays; selections are cleared.
• Language packs - drop plugins/KTPlus/lang/XX.yml (EN.yml is the schema). Players follow their client locale; missing keys fall back to EN. Set default-language in config.yml.
