Ultimate User & Admin Control Panel for Game Servers
🚀 vManage Update — Version v1.3a
First of all, thank you to everyone who continues to report bugs and share feedback.
Your support helps us improve the platform with every release, and we remain committed to delivering a stable, secure, and polished experience.
One of the biggest additions in this update is full support for tiAuth, a popular login/register plugin for Minecraft servers.
During installation, you can now choose tiAuth as your authentication method, and the panel will automatically configure itself to work seamlessly with it.
This integration ensures:
This makes vManage even more flexible for servers using modern authentication systems, while keeping everything clean and fully integrated.
The logout button in the sidebar has been fixed and now uses the same functional flow as the user dropdown logout.
This ensures:
We’ve introduced a fully customizable badge system for user profiles.
Accessible via:
Profile → Admin Tools → Custom badges
Permission required: vmanage.profile.tools.badges
Key features:
This system allows for better recognition, personalization, and staff highlighting across the platform.
A new Pages tab has been added in Core Settings.
You can now:
Additionally, headers have been standardized across all major pages, including:
Dashboard, Staff, Online, Tickets, Complaints, Updates, Rules, Applications, Store, and Vote.
Each page now features a consistent layout with:
The Permissions Map has been removed as a separate tab from the profile.
It is now available inside Admin Tools as a button:
“View User Permissions”
Access is protected by the permission:
vmanage.profile.permissions
This change keeps the profile cleaner while maintaining full access to advanced permission controls.
We strongly recommend updating to this version to benefit from the new tiAuth integration, improved customization options, and overall UI/UX enhancements.
🚀 vManage Update — Version v1.2b
First of all, thank you to everyone who reports bugs and issues.
We truly appreciate your support and remain committed to maintaining a stable and reliable experience.
This update focuses on security improvements, better IP handling, UI refinements, and demo mode protections.
🌐 IP Handling & Privacy System
We have significantly improved how IP addresses are handled across the platform.
IP capture and storage have been fixed for tickets, complaints, staff applications, replies, and logs.
All IPs are now fully masked in the frontend to ensure that real user IPs are never exposed, improving both privacy and security.
Additionally, log filtering now uses encrypted references instead of raw IPs in URLs.
Staff can click on masked IPs to instantly view related logs, while IP visibility is strictly limited to authorized personnel with the correct permissions.
🎨 UI Improvements & Fixes
Multiple UI issues and inconsistencies have been resolved.
The failsafe screen has been redesigned for a cleaner and more informative layout, and debug errors now remain visible when debug mode is enabled without triggering automatic refreshes.
A new support card has been added to the failsafe screen, dynamically loading Discord and server DNS from settings.
Tables for tickets, complaints, applications, and staff pages have been improved for better spacing, alignment, and handling of long names.
Additional refinements include:
clickable usernames that link directly to profiles
improved ticket info card alignment
properly centered complaint status badges
fixes for the top-right user dropdown
🔒 Demo Mode Restrictions
To prevent unintended changes in demo environments, several restrictions have been introduced.
Rank editing in /manage is now disabled while DEMO MODE is active.
Cache clearing has also been restricted for both player profiles and the current user.
The clear cache warning modal has been updated to clearly inform users that all active web sessions will be logged out.
🗄️ Database Updates
Database schema and migration updates have been added in db.js to support the new IP-related fields and indexing improvements.
⚠️ Recommendation
We strongly recommend updating to this version as soon as possible to benefit from improved security, privacy, and overall system stability.
vManage Update — Version v1.2a
First of all, thank you to everyone who reports bugs and issues.
We truly appreciate your support and remain committed to maintaining a stable and reliable experience.
This update focuses on stability improvements, UI fixes, and additional security patches.
Gateway Redundancy System
We have introduced two additional license verification gateways.
If the primary gateway is unavailable, the system will automatically attempt to connect using the secondary ones.
This significantly improves uptime and ensures your instance remains operational even if one gateway fails.
UI Improvements & Fixes
Several UI-related issues have been resolved.
Modals now correctly adapt to the selected Dark Mode palette, providing a more consistent visual experience.
Additionally, the mobile navigation bar has been fixed and should now function properly across devices.
Security Patches
Minor security improvements have been implemented to enhance overall system safety and reliability.
Recommendation
We strongly recommend updating to this version as soon as possible to benefit from improved stability and security.
vManage Update — Version v1.1b
First of all, thank you to everyone who reports bugs and issues.
We truly appreciate the support and we are committed to releasing a fix within 24 hours after a bug report, whenever possible.
Thanks to your feedback, this patch focuses on UI fixes and Dark Mode improvements.
UI Visual Fixes
Several visual bugs across the interface have been resolved.
This includes small alignment problems, spacing issues, and minor style inconsistencies that could appear in different panels.
These fixes improve overall clarity and make the interface feel more consistent.
Dark Mode System Reworked
Dark Mode has been completely improved.
We changed the way the dark theme works internally and added 10 different color palettes that can be used with Dark Mode, allowing you to choose the style that fits your preference.
Each palette was designed to be more comfortable for long sessions and better looking than the old default theme.
On the live demo instance, the current palette is:
Onyx — a much cleaner and more eye-friendly theme compared to the previous one.
More palettes can be selected depending on your configuration and future updates will allow even more customization.
