- Fixed an issue where the ban evade checker would falsely flag players after expired bans

- Added new "auto-punishments" section in the config, which can be used to automatically punish players who try to ban evade with your own set rule (I plan on expanding this in the future) - This can be toggled, and you can add rules to ignore when checking for ban evasion
- Moved the chat input feature (from when staff members were required to enter a reason when unbanning, unmuting, etc through the GUI) to a cleaner system (which ultimately works the same, it's just more organised on my end)
- Refactored/reorganised some of the code
- Fixed the plugin registering its own database system from AliienCore for no reason

- Small bug fixes

- Changed the reloading command to be /punishmentreload or /punishreload
- Improved punishment lookups from players histories by ignoring capitalization, trimming extra spaces and looking up if the punishment reasons are somewhere contained in the player's punishments, rather than the punishment reasons having to be exactly the same on th config and the histories (this should help with accuracy if you are adding the plugin to a server that has been running punishments without the plugin for a while)
- Added a console message with how many rules it is able to load from the config, as well as a warning message if the plugin fails to load any rules.
